Tesco is making an extra bid to cut down on plastic waste, by pledging to no longer sell cans of beans and soups in multipacks.

The supermarket chain has announced that they plan to get rid of multipacks that are shrink-wrapped in plastic packaging, including both own-brand and branded tinned goods.
