As lockdown continues, social distancing rules and stay at home guidance are sure to play a huge part in VE Day.
Street parties will have to become front garden or driveway dos, but the 75th anniversary of the end of the Second World War will still be celebrated.
While lockdown continues it is more difficult for everyone to get out to supermarkets and buy party food, especially if they are shielding or self isolating.
So there are a number of businesses in Northampton that are pledging to make the celebrations extra special, by delivering VE Day packages straight to your door.
And what better way to celebrate the anniversary of the end of the war than indulging in the delicious, British classic of afternoon tea?
From finger sandwiches, to homemade scones and mini cakes, here are seven places around Northampton that will deliver afternoon tea to your door on VE Day or the bank holiday weekend.
