Freeth, 42, from Waterfurrows Way, Moulton, admitted driving while disqualified, having no insurance and failing to stop.
He was arrested outside his home address after he had initially failed to stop in Nobottle Road during the early hours of last Sunday (October 18)
A spokesman for Northampton's Police Response Team said: "The vehicle failed to stop for colleagues in Daventry but our officers identified its possible route.
