Passer-by's jacket ripped in Northampton dog attack
A victim and a woman were walking along Semilong Road towards the new college building site at around midday on Saturday, (February 25) when a man walking two dogs approached from the opposite direction.
As the dogs walked past, one of them jumped up and started barking and then caused a tear in the victim’s jacket.

Hide AdThe owner of the dogs is described as a white man, around 50 to 60 years of age, about 5ft 6 inches tall and wearing a black coat and dark trousers.
