Police appeal for witnesses following incident in Thorplands area

Thugs smashed a house window after a late-night row in the Thorplands area of Northampton earlier this week.

The gang followed the driver of a Vauxhall Zafira back to his house following the confrontation in North Holme Court.

A spokesman for Northamptonshire Police said: "This incident happened on Monday, March 30, between 11pm and 11.45pm, when there was an altercation between a man in a blue Vauxhall Zafira and a group of men in a white Vauxhall van.

"The altercation involved the men in the white van following the other man back to his house where they smashed one of his windows.

"We would ask if there is anyone with information or who may have witnessed this incident please us on 101 using incident number 20000170038."
