A plucky six-year-old girl from Northampton has received a new state-of-the-art powered wheelchair to help boost her mobility.

Thanks to the fundraising efforts of customers and staff at Beacon Bingo in Weedon Road, Isobelle Philora is now the proud owner of a new set of wheels.

Beacon Bingo is one of the main fundraisers for CHIPS, a charity set up on behalf of the gaming industry, which aims to provide specialised wheelchairs. Isobelle’s mum Angeline said: “This wheelchair will make an enormous difference in Isobelle’s life, we are so very grateful to Beacon Bingo and CHIPS charity for the wheelchair.
