History of the Chronicle and Echo
75 years of your Chronicle and Echo
Northampton and the surrounding county has a long tradition of newspaper publishing and the Chron is proud to be at the heart of that tradition. At a time when our website attracts around 50,000 visitors a month and our newsroom is preparing to branch out into video journalism, we are proud to celebrate the 75 years of serving our local communities that have passed since the first edition of the Chronicle & Echo.
